Bloody Mary Masala

Serves 2

  • 4 small sprigs cilantro
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 Tbs. Maya Kaimal Spicy Ketchup
  • 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 fl. oz. (1/4 cup) vodka (preferably cucumber vodka)
  • 1 mini cucumber spear
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Garam masala (optional)
  • Lightly muddle 3 of the cilantro sprigs in a highball glass.
  • Add the juice, ketchup, and Worcestershire and stir. Add the vodka and enough ice to fill the glass; stir again.
  • Garnish with the cucumber spear, lemon wedge, remaining cilantro sprig, and a sprinkling of garam masala, if you'd like.
