Green Chili-Cheesy Chickpea Nachos

Serves 4

  • 1 bag Maya Kaimal Sea Salt Chickpea Chips
  • 1 cup chopped (fresh or canned) tomatoes
  • 1 cup grated cheese (Muenster or Cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced green chilies
  • Position an oven rack 4 to 6 inches from the broiler and heat the broiler on high.
  • Spread Maya Kaimal Salted Chickpea Chips in a single layer on an ovenproof platter or baking sheet. Spoon chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned) and grated cheese (Muenster or cheddar taste best), then sprinkle with fresh minced hot green chilies.
  • Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2 minutes, rotating the pan as needed for even melting. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions, if you like. Serve immediately.
