BLOODY MARY MASALA
Serves 2
- 4 small sprigs cilantro
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons Maya Kaimal Spicy Ketchup
- 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 fl. oz. (1/4 cup) vodka (preferably cucumber vodka)
- 1 mini cucumber spear
- 1 lemon wedge
- Garam masala (optional)
- Lightly muddle 3 of the cilantro sprigs in a highball glass.
- Add the juice, ketchup, and Worcestershire and stir. Add the vodka and enough ice to fill the glass; stir again.
- Garnish with the cucumber spear, lemon wedge, remaining cilantro sprig, and a sprinkling of garam masala, if you’d like.
