INDIAN SPICED PUNCH WITH BOURBON

Serves 8

  • ¾ cup Kerala Garam Simple Syrup
  • 3 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1 12 oz bottle of Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
  • 1 12 oz bottle seltzer or club soda
  • 1 orange sliced into wheels
  • 6 whole anise
  •  
  • Combine all ingredients, float orange wheels and anise on top. Serve over ice in punch bowl.
