JALFREZI TURKEY CURRY

JALFREZI TURKEY CURRY
Serves 4
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked turkey meat (shredded or diced leftover meat works well)
- 1 jar Maya Kaimal Jalfrezi Curry
- 1 cup cooked green beans (or other leftover vegetables)
- In a medium-sized covered skillet or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the cooked turkey meat and sauté until warmed through.
- Add Maya Kaimal Jalfrezi Curry and cooked vegetables (green beans shown here). Partially cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 7 to 8 minutes over low heat, or until meat and vegetables are heated through. If sauce becomes too thick, add water to thin.
- Garnish with cilantro if you like. Serve with basmati, brown rice or flatbread.
