ROTISSERIE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA
Serves 4
- 1 lbs cooked rotisserie chicken, pulled or shredded into about 1-inch pieces
- 1 container Maya Kaimal Tikka Masala (for Club size, use about 1 ½ cups)
- Roasted cashews for garnish, optional
- Cilantro leaves for garnish, optional
- Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken and Maya Kaimal Tikka Masala in a medium-sized skillet.
- Heat the curry over medium-high heat, stirring often until chicken is heated through.
- Garnish with cashews and cilantro, if using, and serve with basmati rice.
