Maya Kaimal

Spicy Vindaloo Indian Simmer Sauce

Maya’s Spicy Vindaloo packs a pretty good punch. Vindaloo is the famously hot and sour curry influenced by Portuguese colonists in the Indian coastal state of Goa. Its trademark is that it’s hot and sour. In our version, we use a combination of black pepper, red and green chili, vinegar and tangy tamarind for a complex and bold flavor, so if you like a hot curry, you’ll love this one! We love it with shrimp, chicken or lamb, but it’s also great with chickpeas or veggies.
