Honey Chili Shrimp with Snow Peas

Our Honey Chili Stir Fry Sauce is super versatile with proteins, but I’m especially fond of it paired with shrimp. I like to get the smallest possible shrimp for maximum sauce coverage.

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 tablespoons neutral vegetable oil, divided

1 lb shrimp (smallest size available) peeled, deveined, tail removed

1 cup snow peas

½ jar Maya Kaimal Honey Chili Stir Fry Sauce

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Steamed jasmine rice for serving

Notes

I prefer to take the tails off, but leave them on if you like that look.

Preparation

Step 1
In a wok or skillet, heat the oil over high. Add the shrimp and spread into a single layer. Leave undisturbed for 30 seconds, then flip and allow to sit for another 30 seconds. Then toss until 80% cooked. Remove them to a bowl.

Step 2
Wipe the wok clean and add another tablespoon of oil. Add the snow peas and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, until bright green and tender. Add the shrimp back to the pan and add ½ jar of Honey Chili Stir Fry Sauce. Toss together for 1 minute until everything is hot and cooked through.

Step 3
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds with steamed rice on the side.
