Soy Ginger Stir Fry Sauce
Also called Manchurian, this Indo-Chinese stir-fry sauce is my take on the traditional savory blend of soy, ginger, garlic and scallion. The mix of Indian and East Asian ingredients brings a unique spark to Chinese stir-fries, and complements any protein. Now you can easily make this restaurant-style cuisine at home.
