GRILLED BEEF VINDALOO BURGERS
Serves 4
- 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
- 1 ½ cups Maya Kaimal Vindaloo
- 4 buns or Kaiser rolls
- Lettuce leaves and avocado slices (optional)
- Pre-heat grill to medium.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef with 1 cup Maya Kaimal Vindaloo sauce. Mix until well-blended. Form into 4 patties; they will be very soft.
- Gently place burgers on the grill and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook without turning for 10 to 12 minutes. Carefully flip burgers and baste with remaining sauce.
- Cook another 6 to 8 minutes, basting a few more times.
- Serve on warmed buns or rolls with lettuce and avocado, if you like.
